Top 5: What's New in The Wine Fridge?
The Boss took to the cooler recently and added a bunch of wines while he took a few out. The goal was to have a better representation of variety from around the world. Here are five suggestions for the next time you stop by PJ's on your way to a picnic.

Picpoul De Pinet - France $16
This white blend form the Languedoc region is an alternative to Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc. Picpoul translates to 'lip stinger' in French and it's acidity compliments any seafood dish. But it can also pair well with cheese or even dessert.

Frico Lambrusco Sparkling Red Wine - 4pk Cans  Italy $11 
Lambrusco is a sparkling red that's best enjoyed chilled. Frico is dark ruby red with small shimmering bubbles. A good aperitif before lunch or dinner.

Yulamba Viognier - Australia $14
Another alternative to better known white grapes is Viognier. This yummy wine from down under has aromas of honeysuckle, ginger, and pineapple.

Los Vascos Rose - Chile $11
We have several affordable Chilean wines under $20 including this Rose from the Valle De Colchagua. It has strong Strawberry notes at the beginning with a gentle aftertaste at the end.

Rombauer Caneros Chardonnay - California $40
You deserve to have the best Chardonnay in the fridge. This Rombauer is rich and creamy with apricot notes and will gain richness as it ages in the bottle.
